Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Sobuctageen has brought with himself around 30 years of professional experience in leading engineering and consulting marine works with strong Pakistan focus.  He is amongst the pioneers of the FOTCO Terminal.  Before taking over as COO FOTCO, he was heading the overall operations and maintenance of the FOTCO Terminal in capacity of General Manager (Operations).  He was briefly transferred to assist another greenfield Fauji Foundation project at PQA, Karachi.  After his successful completion of the tasks assigned, he was reverted to FOTCO to take the responsibility of the FOTCO Terminal in totality.

Company Secretary

Col Muhammad Akmal Maughal (Retd), has a vast and exceptional services in Pakistan Army. He is affiliated with FOTCO since May, 2014. He is heading and looking after all the matter of Corporate Affairs, Board Meetings, Legal Matters related to Regulation Authorities, Shareholdings and JV Partners CCOG functions of the Company. His recent past positions include GM South Region Fauji Foundation, Commandant Pakistan rangers, Commanding Officer Infantry Battalion and Instructor in PMA & School of Infantry & Tactics.

Manager Operations & Technical Services

Mr Syed Shujahat Hussain is affiliated with FOTCO since 1998 and currently heading the Operation & Maintenance Department of the company. He graduated from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Technology in 1995. He is a registered Engineer of Pakistan Engineering Council. During his tenure, he is involved in different projects. Mr Shujahat qualified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and Internal Auditor of ISPS.

Manager HR, Admin & Security

Mr Tariq Jahangir, carries with him over 20 years of professional experience in human resource management, administration and security. He is affiliated with FOTCO since 1995 and is amongst the pioneers of the company.  He is heading and looking after all the matter of general administration and all the HR functions of the company. He is a foreign qualified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and Internal Auditor of ISPS.

Head of Department - Finance

Mr. Muhammad Salik is an associate member of Institute of Public Finance Accountants of Pakistan. He has over 13 years of hands-on experience in the area of accountancy, finance, treasury and audit. With both a practical and innovative approach to problem-solving, he brought a range of skills and attributes to FOTCO’s Management Team.  Before joining FOTCO, he was associated with member firms of PwC and KPMG in Pakistan where he gained exposure to a variety of industries, ranging from Financial Institutions to Government linked companies.

Assistant Manager Business Development

A graduate Engineer from UK with professional experience in Marine related projects, responsible for looking after the business aspects of the organisation. The objective is identifying new business opportunities-whether that means new markets, new partnerships with other businesses, new ways to reach existing markets, or new service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets and then to go out and exploit those opportunities to bring in more revenue.

Assistant Manager IT & Automation

Mr. A R Ghauri, carries with him over 23 years of professional experience in IT & Automation. He is affiliated with FOTCO since 1993 and is amongst the pioneers of the Company. He is heading and looking after all the matter of IT functions of the Company. He possesses foreign expertise of CCTV Monitoring System.
